The theme of the anthology is Vulnerability- the state of accepting all the emotions in the rawest form and not suppressing them. Vulnerability is powerful as it allows a person to be exposed to all kind sensory, letting them to see all aspects of a situation. No denial in the fact that it can be overwhelming sometimes, but blocking out emotions is never the solution. Anushka, compiler of the book and her team of co-authors poured all of their emotions on paper for you to read.
